Lily had her 2 year doctors appointment yesterday. She is 27lbs (50%) and 34 1/8 inches (50%). Funny thing is she was 34.5 inches at her last appointment, so at first glance it would appear that Lily has shrunk almost half an inch! However this time she was measured standing up, which is always a little shorter than lying down! Our doctor said she'd probably be about 35 inches lying down. She was very good at the appointment, and let the doctor check everything without complaining. Everything is perfect with her! When it came time to get her shot (hib vaccine...a comparable vaccine was FINALLY available...she should have gotten this shot last year, but the supply ran out country wide!) Lily was so good. She didn't cry at all! We were very proud of how well she took it! And we're even happier knowing that she wont be needing another shot for a few more years! It's never easy seeing your child get hurt like that!
So everything is perfect with our Lily...though we already knew that!
