Lily all settled into the hay, excited for the ride to start:
I am so excited we found this fun activity! We all had a fun time on the ride, enjoying the spooky decorations in the safety of daylight!
They had a lot of fun effects, that I can see would get some good scares at night in the dark, like this giant spider prop that drops down to the wagon:
That scared Lily a little, but she was laughing about it after!
They also had actors throughout the ride route. At the graveyard we were greeted by a couple monsters:
Lily was a little worried by them, but again, laughed after:
Some of the actors had little story lines, like we met Dorthy, who was locked up by the wicked witch from the west! We also met Tinker Bell, Peter Pan, Captain Hook, Little Red Riding Hood, The Scare Crow, Tin Man and Lion, and a Princess and Prince!
This was the coolest effect we saw, they had the Wicked Witch fly over our head on a zip line! So creative, yet so simple! And Very Very effective!
Captain Hook warning us:
We all had such a fun time on this ride! Enough that it had Sean and I wishing we had someone we trusted as a babysitter close by so we could experience the night time ride! Lily had so much fun though...with just the right amount of fun scary to get her laughing and screaming! This will definitely be something we repeat next year!
