Carol Sing

On Friday we went to the carol sing in Avon! A large group of people came, despite it being bitterly cold. We all had a great time singing andseeing Santa ride in on his sleigh!

Did I mention it was cold?


Lily was so cute, they asked for the children to come sit on the lawn in front of the chorus leading the sing. A couple of Lily's friends from little gym were there, so I told her to go stand with them. Well silly Lily attaches herself to this little girl for the rest of the sing...and no...she is not a friend from Little gym! That poor girl looked so confused and uncomfortable with Lily sitting so close to her!


After the sing, Santa and Mrs. Claus rode in on a sleigh to greet the kids. They unfortunately didn't stay long...but Lily did get to tell Mrs. Claus that she wanted a new baby for Christmas! Fortunately they also has little helper elfs passing out balloons, which helped ease the fact that Lily didn't get to talk to Santa himself!

We then went and checked out the tree before heading inside to get some hot coco and cookies.

We had a wonderful time, even though it was freezing! Definitely something I would go back to!
