Yesterday we went out to find the perfect Christmas tree! We were lucky that it actually snowed a little the night before, so we had a dusting on the ground while we looked! First time since we moved to Ct!! Lily's been all excited about getting a tree. She talks about it all the time. This child is seriously excited for Christmas this year! She was even running around th house the night before screaming "It's snowing!! It's Christmas! It's Christmas!!!"

The girls however were not as excited. They have no idea what is going on! Ella was very interested in Violet's hat though!

We had a hard time finding a tree though. This years crop wasn't that full, and a lot were odd shapes. We wandered around what seemed like forever...up and down the hills, with two getting heavier babies in our arms! Finally we just settled on one that wasn't perfect. Hoping that even though it's not the ideal tree, we can still make it look beautiful!

Ashamed to say it's still sitting on top of the car this morning though! Hopefully we'll get to putting it up and decorating it today! Can't wait to see the girls reaction to it! And hoping they don't want to knock it down!
